Deconstructing Cravings
Do you know that 95% of our brain activity is unconscious? Our mind-body connection provides us hints when it is imbalanced. By listening to it, we can understand where cravings appeared in the first place.
Primary food
Everything that feeds us, but doesn’t come on a plate. A meaningful spiritual practice, an inspiring career, an enjoyable physical activity, and honest relationships are examples of Primary food.
Secondary food
The food on our plate that we eat every day. These are the food and drinks we consume daily to provide us energy and nutrients we need to survive. Mindful eating plays an essential role at this stage.
